Most WainPKR login issues fall into one of three categories: a forgotten password, a mobile number entered incorrectly, or a temporary account lock triggered by multiple failed login attempts. All of them are fixable, and fixing them takes less time than you'd think.

If you've forgotten your password, the reset process is straightforward — click "Forgot your password?" on the login form, enter your registered Pakistani mobile number, and WainPKR will send a one-time password reset code via SMS. Enter the six-digit OTP on the next screen, set a new password, and you're back in. The entire process takes about two minutes and requires no support interaction unless the OTP doesn't arrive within five minutes, in which case contact support@wainpkr.com.

If you're entering the wrong mobile number, remember that WainPKR uses the 10-digit format without the leading zero and without the country code — so 03001234567 is entered as 3001234567. If you registered with a number you no longer use, contact support with your account details and they'll verify your identity and help you update it.

Accounts are temporarily locked after five consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. The lock lifts automatically after 30 minutes, or you can request an immediate reset via support. This protection exists to prevent unauthorised access to your account — it's a security feature working as intended.

Your WainPKR account is connected to real money, so security isn't something to take lightly. WainPKR protects your account on the platform side — 256-bit SSL encryption, session tokens, new-device verification, and automatic lockout after failed login attempts. But there's a lot you can do on your side too, and it genuinely makes a significant difference.

The single most important thing is your password. Use a password you don't use anywhere else — not your email password, not your JazzCash PIN, not something simple like your date of birth. A strong WainPKR password is at least 8 characters and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and at least one symbol. If you use the same password across multiple accounts and one of those accounts is compromised, it puts your WainPKR account at risk too.

Never share your WainPKR login credentials with anyone — including people claiming to be WainPKR staff. Our support team will never ask for your password. If someone contacts you claiming to be from WainPKR and asks for your login details, it is a scam. Report it to support@wainpkr.com immediately and change your password.

If you log in from a shared device — at an internet café or a friend's home — always log out fully before leaving. Don't let the browser save your credentials on a shared device. And if you ever notice activity on your WainPKR account that you don't recognise — bets you didn't place, deposits or withdrawals you didn't initiate — contact support immediately.
